Thank you for the info.This was the best complete solution i have found to overcome the Willem Software in Win 7 64Bit using PCB45
I did need to install the TVicPortinstal,it did not work without it,using only the io.dll from the io.dll 1.0 folder was enough.
Am using a docking station on a Xps M1710 Laptop with a proper parallel port set at the std 0x378.
Also tried a few previous programs for the PCB3B version and they work aswell.
There is a version of willem programs that install DportIO and those would not work.
Did a 
on my laptop for io.dll in Windows folder and deleted those prior to copying the io.dll to the Willem folder and rebooted.
